How It Works. The process...

As a new customer, you fill out the repair form and provide us with your information.
Once we have received this, we will give you a call to finalise arrangements and answer any questions you may have.
We then send you a package containing everything you need to send us the equipment you need repaired.
Our technicians then rebuild your handpiece and return to you the repaired instruments as good as new.
Included with the returned items is another prepaid package for any future repair jobs you require.
From here on, let us do the worrying, just send us your instruments along with your instructions whenever you like, and we will carry out your requests.
